Introduction

Geary Game Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) developed Geary Golf (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

This policy applies to the App available on the Google Play Store, and will apply to future releases on the Apple App Store and other platforms.

Information You Provide

• Account Data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and display name. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen size, language settings
• Usage Data: Game scores and round history submitted to our servers
• Network Information: IP address, connection type (Wi-Fi/cellular)
• Location Data: We do NOT collect location data

Permissions

The App does not request any special device permissions beyond internet access, which is required for sign-in and score submission.

How We Use Your Information

• Core Functionality: Provide and maintain the App’s features (leaderboards, score history, multiplayer)
• Account Management: Identify your account and associate scores with it
• Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Legal Compliance: Meet regulatory and legal requirements

In accordance with Google’s Data Safety section:

• Data collected: Google account email (for sign-in), game scores and round history

Apple App Store (iOS) (planned)

In accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework:

• We DO NOT track you across other companies’ apps and websites
• We will not request ATT tracking permission

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including the United States, where Google Firebase servers are located). We rely on Google’s data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses to protect your data during international transfers.
